I aim to understand the options to manage anxiety's symptoms. We can work together in building a plan to support you in resolving your challenges. 

Resolving Trauma
I regularly explore the sources of and the effects of trauma. I am constantly learning about the human capacity to heal. I offer a holistic treatment because everyone is different. 

EMDR Therapy for all ages
I am Certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy. I recognize EMDR therapy encourages and supports the mind and body's natural ability to resolve past challenges. The treatment is applicable across the lifespan. 

Play Therapy
​Children express themselves through play. Play is a child's language and behavior is communication. As a Registered Play Therapist, I have advanced skills to support children and their families to work through any current troubles with the goal of living their best life.  ​
