My bicultural and Spanish bilingual perspective is an active resource in my clinical practice. I have developed the skill of broadening my perspective. Over the last 24 years I have applied my understanding that life experiences are molded by personal, family, social and situational influences. I practice wondering, considering, and observing both myself and who I meet with in the therapy process. I realize acknowledging these subtleties allows for progress. I apply the belief that we all move towards a healthy balance in life. Whether you are seeking therapy for yourself, a child as young as three years old, or as a family, I am responsive to support your therapy goals. I apply my advanced skills in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy as well as Play Therapy. I value continuously refining my professional knowledge through advanced trainings, and peer collaboration. I am available for EMDR therapy consultation starting with newly trained clinicians and clinicians aiming for EMDRIA Certification as well as ongoing support.
